I got my Macbook Today

It is love. It’s name is Kuroki. Kuro meaning black. Ki meaning shine/radiance. Plus I have a pet wireless mousy too named Shiroki. Shiro meaning white. :3I love black and white.Happy 0 yr. Birthday Kuroki! Shiroki! :3

History of Paradisiad

Where did the term “Paradisiad” come from? I’m fond of Gaelic, Celtic, Latin, etc. words. This term in particular is in Romanian. They sounds so mysterious and alluring. I created this term, initially for my Gaia Online account which I never touch anymore. This was the original description for my Gaia Journal. Although it sounds so emo… I’m not that much of an emo girl. Okay? :)

Also, the original sub-heading for Paradisiad had the sentence, “Both yet none of the above.” However I cut it down because it was too long. I even went as far as creating a banner for my blog which I shall use because I find it cute. Also, I shall change my site layout for the convenience of my teacher who commented that grey on black is hard to read, and also because there seems to be something wrong with this theme. It doesn’t like spaces b/w paragraphs… /sob Anyways…You’ll find that I like changing themes nonetheless.

First Post

Blogging. It’s been such a long time since I’ve had to blog continously. Blogging isn’t really my thing anymore and I’ve never been able to keep a constant jounal. This is probably my… 3rd, 4th or 5th blog. I’m not really sure anymore. I used to blog on LiveJournal, then I shifted to Xanga because the user-friendly UI attracted me to it. Afterwards, I shifted back to LiveJournal because I had more friends there. After quite some time, I decided to quit blogging because I found that I did not have the time not the passion to do so anymore. Nevertheless, I’d blog at my DeviantArt every now and then for the sake of updating online friends about my life. I created a Multiply Account but I don’t think I’ve ever blogged there. Sometime in between DeviantArt and Multiply, I created a WordPress…but never used it. I tried to go back to blogging by creating a new LiveJournal account, hoping to start anew. However I only lasted 3 posts before I got tired of blogging again.  

Now you may ask why I have returned to the blogging world this time. Well… the answer is simple really. I am now in College… and my English professor requires me to keep a journal. (Hello Sir!) But don’t worry… I’ll try to write weird/interesting/boring/not-school-related things here too. Bye for now!
